Banner AppAssist® Program

Banner Life’s AppAssist® program is designed to make it easy for you to facilitate the sale of high-quality, low-cost life insurance. After identifying the appropriate plan and face amount required, simply complete the 2 page request for interview form, prepare the proposed insured for the interview and paramed exam, transmit the 2 page request form to your CPS/IMIS case manager.

Writing Agents must be contracted with Banner prior to the submission of any AppAssist case.   Cases requiring commission splits are not eligible for the AppAssist program.
